BNE Performance provides high-performance cycle coaching accredited and insured by AusCycling. Our services include one-on-one coaching, group training sessions, performance assessments, and training plans tailored to individual needs.

3. Registration and Payment
To access our services, you must complete the registration process and provide payment as outlined on our website or during the consultation. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated and must be paid prior to the initiation of any coaching program or associated service.

4. Coaching Sessions
Associated high performance services must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee or loss of the session.

5. Health and Safety
You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to participate in our coaching programs. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new training regimen.

6. Liability
BNE Performance is insured under AusCycling; however, participation in our programs and associated services is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during our coaching sessions or while using our associated services.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by BNE Performance, including training plans, coaching materials, and resources, is the intellectual property of BNE Performance and may not be reproduced or distributed without our express permission.
