Launched in 2019, BNE Performance draws upon over 20 years of international High Performance experience with race proven, medal-winning results at UCI World Championships, World Cups and Junior World Championships, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, Pan American Games, and countless UCI professional road races across the globe.
With a coaching career spanning British Cycling, Cycling Australia, Cycling Canada and Japan Cycling Federation, Ian Melvin has coached and led road and track programs to countless international podium successes and overseen long term athlete development into UCI World Tour professional teams.
